After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as it will have your ticket along with it. This ticket is for the BBQ Competition & Online ticketing will close at 1pm on the day of the event.
Competition starts on November 7th from 12-2:30pm.
All Local teams as well as all local BBQ restaurants have been invited to participate in this year’s People’s Choice. The tickets are $10 per person to sample and vote on your favorite BBQ and your favorite side. People can sample a 2 oz sample of each BBQ and a sample of each side. Once they have sampled all the BBQ and sides, they get to vote. We will crown a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner for the “Best BBQ” & “Best Fixin.”
The People’s Choice Contest benefits our 4-H Pack Backs for Kids, our local non-profit carrying out their mission to: Provide Currituck’s school-aged children with the necessities to enhance the total school experience and ensure they reach their full potential with dignity and respect.
